Everything went well!! Tim came out, checked the damage we needed repaired, told us approximately how long it would take and included his hourly rate. He returned when he said he would, fixed what was discussed and then some (due to unseen rot) and fixed the pitch on one section of gutter that was causing one of the issues. The repairs took a bit longer (that was conveyed before proceeding) but it all looks great!! He cleaned up behind himself too, which doesn't always happen with some workers!!

(1) Excellent work, neat, clean, efficient, timely done, and we’re very happy with the results. Tim’s friendly personality makes it easy to communicate ideas with and we appreciated his suggestions. We will definitely use Tandem Trades again in the future. (2) Great ideas for interior design, colors and layout. In a matter of days we were presented with a living room floor plan, and ideas and fabric samples for furniture and accessories. We implemented the suggestions which contributed to the quick sale of our home - much sooner than most homes in the area. We will be consulting with them again on our new home,
