Tim did a good and conciesent job.

I chose him because of other great reviews and now I'm pleased to say that they were spot on! He was professional, a hard worker and was honest enough to say that he wouldn't be the best person for "such & such" future job I asked about. WOW! That was a huge plus for me! I will definitely call him again!!! ?

Great at the job

Handyman Tim did a great job. Not only is he great at his craft, but he's a great human as well. He was on time when he said he would be there (twice) and I trusted him in my garage. Would certainly hire him again!

Tim did an excellent job.. very friendly and efficient.. I got a call right away set up an appointment to look at my project .. got back we me right away with estimate and set up job... will be hiring Tim again in the further.

Did excellently and was prepared for more which of course it was.

The work went very well. After Tim arrived, we headed to Lowe's because I needed to use a Spire rebate card for the materials, which included a relatively nice wooden door, paint, and 2 by 4's for the railing. It was a freezing day and I thought Tim would have trouble getting the work done by the end, but he had no problems. I also couldn't picture how a wooden railing would be sturdy enough attached to my concrete porch in place of the iron railing that had rusted off years ago, but it's incredibly sturdy and stable. I've already asked Tim to return to help with a couple of other items.

Tim was fantastic! He was helping us do some repairs based on an inspection report we had. He simply reviewed the inspection report and gave me an estimate based on that and the pictures in the report which was awesome because I didn't have leave work to be present for another appointment or move anything around he just took care of it. He was able to work around our schedules and made time to come out quickly even during the busy holiday season. We even had to cancel at one point and put the repairs on hold for a couple of weeks and when we called back to reschedule, he was out within the week! He was reasonably priced and brought all of the materials needed to do the work so we didn't have to go out and buy anything and try to figure out what was needed. He came when he said he would be there and it only took him a few years. The repairs were all pretty different from one another and he knew how to repair all of them. He even gave us ideas on possible repairs for a couple of other things while he was there. We are trying to move and sell our house and it has just been crazy the last couple of months. It was so nice having a vendor that was just easy to communicate with, always gave responses and stuck with his estimate. I felt like I was bugging him at times and he was always patient. He came and was done in a couple of hours. We may even have him come out to do some other things before our move! I would definitely recommend him to anyway needing handyman services! Thanks Tim!

I think it went very well. Tim Tim is reliable, conscientious and skilled in his work. His prices are very fair and he gets a lot accomplished when on a job. Tim is also honest and kind. He demonstrates integrity and professionalism,not only in how he goes about completing tasks, but also in how he treats his customers. Based on the work he has done for me, I would highly recommend Tim as a competent and trustworthy helper.

Fantastic! My dad was an artist and painted 16 tiles for a mural. He passed about 8 years ago and we found the mural in the basement of his house when cleaning it out. Tandem trades constructed a frame and figured a way to hang the mural. I'll be as short as possible: If you need work done, hire this company. You would be crazy not to. Price was VERY reasonable. He was a delight to deal with and the work was way way beyond anything I could have imagined.

Tim did an excellent job. House looks so much better without awnings and the new siding that was added in place of awnings looks really good. The new siding really cleaned up the front of the house. I'm really happy with Tim's work.

Tim McConnell arrived, had all the necessary tools to remove the satellite dish, hanging from the roof, and patched the screw holes, where the anchors had been ripped out, leaving holes in the roof. Will definitely be calling again for assistance.

Tim was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He spent the entire day doing various handyman projects around the house and I was happy with all of the projects he completed. I would definitely use him again.

Next time I need an item repaired, painted, or otherwise in need I will be checking him first and hope his price is reasonable because he is easy to do business with.

All the good reviews about this company are correct. Tim was very prompt in responding. Arrived on time and completed the work very clean and effectively in time. Price was reasonable in our budget. My husband was impressed with his work and want to refer to his friends and colleagues.
