The Bedroom Store - Kirkwood

The Bedroom Store was friendly and professional.  We worked with two of the managers over multiple visits, Elena and Jason.  Both of them were patient and informative.  It took us a long time to decide, we probably spent hours there, and who knows if they thought we were ever going to buy something in the end.  There was no pressure.  They have an everyday low-price type of policy, which we respect, but note that they do throw in some goodies like accessories or free gifts for larger purchases, so why not ask.  By contrast, we experienced a lot of haggling when buying from Mattress Firm in the past.  They also have a comfort guarantee, so if you don't like the mattress then they'll actually take it back within 30 days (90 for Tempurpedic), minus a reasonable amount for return pick-up.  We like stores that stand behind their products.  Our three-year-old was with us each time, and they let him bounce on the beds, climb the bunk beds, and play with their stuffed animals.  Overall, a great retail experience.
