Sue & Mike Williams

Sue and Mike are truly exceptional real estate agents. They went way, way beyond my expectations of them. We selected them after a careful search of real estate agents with experience in selling homes in Webster ... Mike & Sue stood out as having sold more homes in south Webster than anyone else. They did all the "normal" realty things flawlessly ... helping us set the right price, marketing the house, arranging the staging of the house, etc. But then, they went way, way beyond that. I was selling my mother's home while I lived in another city. They handled every detail of everything that house needed to sell while I was away. They managed movers who packed up things in the house. They arranged and managed multiple house inspections. They recommended and managed all repair contractors, and managed them counting my pennies. They even handled the billing with the contractors, sometimes even using their own money to pay bills until I could send them a check. Mike even did some of the repairs on the house himself. There were LOTS of repairs needed on the house, and it seemed like Mike and Sue were in the house almost daily to handle some needed chore. They kept me up to speed on every detail almost daily. They always thought through and gave me good repair options to consider. They provided me sound advice on what demands from the buyer to accept and which to push back on. They prepared the house so well that it sold, at full price, with a cash deal, in less than 24 hours after listing. Amazing. They helped me through every detail of the closing. Then to top it all off, I had left a number of items in the house unresolved ... we didn't want them, didn't think we could sell them or give them away. Much to my surprise, at the closing Mike and Sue gave me charitable donation receipts for those things they could give away and a little cash for those things they could sell on my behalf. I had no idea that they would do this. Talking about above-and-beyond the call of duty. If you intend to sell your home in the greater Webster Groves/Kirkwood area, you are crazy not to use Sue and Mike Williams. They are the best-of-the-best.
