I hired Alex on behalf of my employer. We had around 4-5 jobs around the office that required a handyman. And I can tell you that ALL the positive reviews about Alex and his company or team DO NOT come close to accurately describing how simply amazing they are! We are so impressed with the quality of work. Some of the jobs we needed him for were tedious or required detail and he took his time to complete each one. Alex was my main contact, throughout the process and he was so professional, polite, and courteous. Even during the proposal phase Alex was patient with me when I was trying to explain the type of work that needed to be done. His team made me feel heard and our staff is so impressed with the quality of work performed. We're a busy office and I cannot stress this enough how patient both him and his partner that was with him today were when dealing interacting with our staff. He was upfront in the beginning when it came to costs and the type of work needed to be done. He also remained transparent throughout the entire job from start to finish. Not only am I blown away by the work he did but our team is happy with it as well (which really makes me happy). I cannot say enough good things about Alex and the ProMaster team.
