We had heard good things about MET Appraisal so we suggested to our lender to use them. Let's face it, when you are closing on a house everything needs to be top notch, professional and on time! I don't generally give 5 stars, but in situations where accuracy and timeliness are so important, MET Appraisal deserves it.
