As it always does, it went very smoothly. I have used this business for 15 years to keep all of our cars running well. This includes several very used cars my kids went through. Their work has been professional at all times. They have advised me when a job needs to be done and quot;now or very soonand quot; and when it could afford to wait six months. They are very trustworthy and genuinely concerned about the safety of the cars. Their certified mechanics clearly know what they are doing and do not walk around with a confused look like I have seen at other garages where their only real knowledge seems to be mounting tires.
I gave them a B in punctuality. Busy shops often do fall behind. You might have to wait 30 minutes very occasionally but my usual experience is that this seldom happens.
My invoice file from Greentree is more than an inch thick. Every one represents work done fairly and professionally.

They do NOT oversell you on things you don't need. They are very detailed and honest with you. I am extremely happy with their services. They have excellent customer service. I would Highly recommend them.

Good repair service throughout my ten years in using them. The only complaint I had, was that I felt that I was not treated upfront from the owner of the shop, about a car I wanted to buy for my daughter for college, (from the owner of the shop). I lost trust in the owner, so after ten years I needed to leave and go to another shop.

They are an excellent company and very honest. We've had times when places would suggest repairs and when we've gone there, they said that the repair didn't need to be done or could be done for far less. They are very honest and we do everything through them. We even buy our tires through them without shopping through the bigger places. We would highly, highly recommend them for any auto needs. They will orchestrate if there is outside work that needs to be done such as replacing a windshield or having transmission work done.

I had a very bad experience with this company. I am new to the area, so I had never used this shop before, and I went there because it had good reviews on Angie's List. I took our Trailblazer in for some routine maintenance and also because there was something wrong with the power steering -- it made a grinding noise whenever I turned the steering wheel. Well, the routine maintenance went fine, but they tried to pull one over on me on the power steering problem. They said that I would need a new power steering hose at a cost of $446, a new power steering rack assembly for $762, and a new power streering pump for $278. And that was just to fix the power steering issue. And it didn't stop there. They said I needed a new rear stabilizer bar for $204, a new front stabilizer bar control link for $277, and a new front stabilizer bar for $110. They also said I would need a whole new set of tires for $653. All told, the estimate for all repairs and service came to $3,253 -- on a 7-year-old truck. It would have been one thing if I had actually needed all of those things, but I didn't. I took the truck somewhere else for a second opinion, and they fixed the power steering issue by just replacing the power steering pump. I did not need a new power steering hose at a cost of $446 or a new power steering rack assembly for $762 -- just a new pump. It was as if this place thought, since I came in with a problem on my power steering, that they should just replace everything that concerned power steering, rather than the specific part that needed replacing. The second place also said that I did not need all the new stabilizer bars and that the tires could go another 5,000 miles before replacing. Bottom line: this place tried to rip me off by selling me things I didn't need. The only way I avoided it was by getting a second opinion. I don't know whether they were dishonest or just incompetent, but either way I recommend that everyone avoid this place.

The whole process went flawlessly. I called eariler in the week and scheduled a day to have the 90k mile check, as well as inspect a noise comming from the front right tire. They performed all of the service as reccommended by the manufacturer and none of the extra stuff that a dealer will try to force upon you. The noise was coming from a new tire I had installed (not at Greentree) they inspected both front tires, found them to be worn and got a fantastic deal on some new Kumhos. After rotating the old tires, installing the the new ones and then re-aligning everything, on top off the regular service, I feel like I received excellent value for my money. All of the work was done in a day and I picked it up the same evening. An overall exceptional auto service experience!

I was happy with their work although $36 seemed high for a lube/oil/filter. They are courteous and have a better than average waiting area.

The amount of time was exactly what they told us it would be. The price they gave us was right on the final price. They did a wonderful job and we professional. I would use them again.

I like the fact that I can get in quickly. I trust their judgment and know they are very honest. I appreciate the fact that they will not do more work on your vehicle than what needs to be done. We use them regularly and highly recommend them to take good care of your vehicle.

This work was done while we were on vacation. We had asked for only two new tires. When we returned they had put four new tires on our car. Ray took full blame for the mistake and said they would do whatever we wanted. We said that we would be willing to get a refund for one tire, but when we stopped by for this refund, Ray insisted on refunding us for both. Greentree has always been very fair. We have used them for a few years now and would never go anyplace else for work on our two Hondas.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. I RECEIVED A RIDE HOME UNTIL MY CAR WAS READY. THEY WERE VERY POLITE, AND THE WORK WAS DONE WELL.
