Big Bend Landscaping

I enjoyed working with Patrick at Big Bend Landscaping and am thrilled with the job he did. He took charge of the project and saw it to completion in an efficient manner. Sergio, his foreman, was also great and he made sure that the work was done perfectly. Plus, every evening they would clean up and leave the yard in decent order. We did some research and found that the pavers Pat uses are top quality. We think our patio is absolutely beautiful and owe it to Pat, Sergio and the workers who gave me great advice and did beautiful work.

They come out and mow my lawn, lay sod for me, plant flowers, and do my yard clean up. They are very personable and punctual about calling me back. They are responsive when I ask questions or have concerns. I have been using them for about ten years.

We are very pleased. Patrick was always responsive and professional, and did everything he promised when he promised. On the day I had expected them and taken time off work to be home, he knocked on my door at the appointed time and, with apologies, explained that rain would arrive earlier than expected, and they would only get in about one hour of work and so needed to reschedule. I understood and appreciated that he come to tell me. He promised to be out the following business day if the weather cooperated. Sure enough, the rain arrived exactly when he said it would (I guess a landscaper would get pretty good at weather-watching.) When they completed the work I was extremely pleased. They left one bit of any sort of trash or damage. They carefully protected the plants they had to work around, and the beds looked wonderful and still look great. I also appreciated Patrick's willingness to share his knowledge, generously answering my questions about how to best take care of what I have and his advise about how to decide what we might put in to replace what we had taken out.

They did a really good job. It looks really nice. They saved me a lot of work. They were really responsive. One gentleman worked in the rain one day for me. They offered a lot of good recommendations and options.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND WERE REASONABLE PRICED.

THEY DO A GOOD JOB WHEN THEY DO IT. THEY ARE OFF AND ON AND SOMETIMES ARE NOT PROMPT.
