We had a good experience with Home Depot.  The only hiccup would have been making sure they honored the deal that was in place when we first started our project.  By the time we were ready to place our order, the deal had expired.  Our sales person worked with management to get the approval needed to honor the original savings.  We were very appreciative of the sales
person's efforts.  We were happy with the installation process.  No damage was done to the existing walls or moldings.  
I gave a B rating for responsiveness because we had to follow up with Home Depot a couple of times to check on the status of our quote.  We weren't contacted as quickly as we had expected.  All other communication was great. 
We would purchase carpet from Home Depot again.

I was undertaking a do it yourself project and everything went fine except one connection to my new faucet didn't connect as it should. I was frustrated with multiple trips to the store to be sold things that did not work. However after contacting the store they sent someone out free of charge to fix the problem, it was a very simple fix that took the master plumber sent about 10 minutes to recognize and fix. He gave me information so I would know better if I ever undertook something like this again and I was very happy with the response of the store to rectify this situation.

They have most everything that I might want. They will take anything back if I make a mistake.
