fridge didn't fit in the whole for it, forgot we had a dish washer, paint didn't match, calking poor. overall a pretty good job just seem rushed at the end. He did come back when asked and address problems

When we signed with Dave Dawson they were using a local factory that had been in business since the 70's. Unfortunately, in the down economy the factory went under shortly after we signed on in early 2011. They had a large deposit that we were unable to get back but Kurt worked tirelessly interviewing other companies and gathering bids to find a new modular builder for us and negotiated their pricing to get our home built just the way we wanted it without us paying twice. Kurt was kind, empathetic and calming in a time when our stress and emotions were at their highest. We know he didn’t make money on our deal but he will get a lifetime of referrals from us and hopefully both of our parents will get their next homes through him.
