 + -1 moreCovenant framed in the space and added insulation to interior walls and ceiling (to muffle sound), arranged for electrical/ CATV/ telephone wiring, drywall installation and finishing, installed/finished doors and trim. We painted the room ourselves and separately arranged for carpeting. All work was performed in an excellent manner - actual cost was less than original estimate. Danny, his employees and subcontractors all did excellent work. We are very satisfied. Received a written estimate and discussed what we wanted in detail before the work began. Danny has a keen interest in making sure things went well during the build-out.
Description of Work: Remodeled an unfinished 12 X 26 space in our basement into a bedroom with a walk-in closet.
