They were very professional and had a sample awning installed in the store. This made it easy for us to see how it worked and also showed us all the steps to use the awning and remote control. Very friendly and helpful folks                                                                 I would also like to say that the Installer did a very good job. Was fast and took care not to damage the siding of anything else on our deck. The company name is B W Improvements. I lost my invoice, so I don't have his address or phone number. Would recommend him.
