 + -1 moreSystem was designed incorrectly for the home's heating and cooling requirements; installation was done improperly; drilling for ground-loop coils created water leaks in foundation; unreliable system with no improvement in system efficiency; numerous service calls, but no one in area qualified to work on system.
Description of Work: Air Brokers designed and acted as general contractor for the installation of an ECR direct exchange geothermal heat pump for our residence.
