Both installers did a wonderful job and were super nice! I can't believe how amazing it looks.

I was very happy with them and the job. They were very timely. They gave me an estimate and then came to do the job.

Our home is approximately 12 years old and still had original carpeting. We researched Angie's List and neighbors' recommendations, and then did price comparisons with 3 vendors. L.B. Davis, the owner of Taff's came to our home and did the measurements. We did our finished basement first because we wanted to repaint several rooms upstairs. After getting 3 bids for the exact same area and carpet, L.B. did agree to lower his price. We then ordered the carpet and it arrived a week later. His installer (John) did a magnificent job and definitely exceeded our expectations. The carpet improved the look of our basement considerably, even though we had carpet there previously. Several weeks later, we were ready to have the upstairs recarpeted after selecting the carpet. We asked L.B. to have John do the install of our upstairs as well. (Taff's told us they have three different installers.) Again, the job exceeded our expectations. We paid a deposit by check and the check was not cashed until the install was completed. We were very satisfied with Taff's Carpet, which is a family operated business. I don't know how the job could have gone any better.
