This is the third time I have used this company. This time we had caramel stains on our white carpeting and were not sure if it was removable. This company came out and pretreated the stain overnight before doing the entire carpet cleaning of four rooms and a hallway. They said if the stain didn't come out after setting overnight, there would be no charge. It did come out and we had four rooms and a hallway cleaned for $120 total. The cleaning was excellent! They were fast, efficient, and have excellent equipment.

They do an excellent job. The last time was just prior to Thanksgiving and on Thanksgiving day, one of our guests asked when we got our "new" carpet. My response was 1995 (but that we'd just had the carpet cleaned.)
