Very bad. Owner billed for incomplete and unfinished work. Then walked off the job.

As noted it went very well.

The quality of their work is very poor and is likely the sloppiest workmanship I have ever seen.  Their poor workmanship has caused many ongoing problems in our house.  First, the Jacuzzi in our master bathroom was leaking into our dining room.  They originally made the wrong connections on the bathtub.  It took their technician many hours to fix this problem.  Next, the toilet in a half bathroom on the main floor always clogs.  Another plumber said that the toilet could be flawed or the clogs could be because they originally put in the wrong size of pipes.  He said they should have put in 4 inch pipes instead of 3 inch pipes.  Our kitchen sink drains very slowly.  This could also be attributed to the use of the 3 inch pipes versus 4 inch pipes.  The faucets and shower heads that were installed are of very cheap quality.  Most recently, we found water under our kitchen sink. This was due to a crack on the spray hose coupling that you could tell was obtained when they installed it.  They used tape and wire to temporarily fix the problem.  It likely would have been a very cheap fix if they would have fixed it immediately. 

Don't use this company. The company did only 50% of the work in their $12,600 bid but demanded payment for nearly all of it. We paid the amount since Larry Hampton promised they would be back to finish. They did not come back. He also filed an illegal lien against our house for the rest of the bill. He thought we would have to pay him anyway to close on our home loan. We paid nearly $5,000 to complete their bid and fix the poor workmanship. Several other plumbers looked at the work and refused because of the poor quality. The work was incomplete. The plumbing was inadequate. And the company owner lied.

HAMPTON EMPLOYEES WERE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING TO OUR WISHES.
