When they were about done we discussed the finishing options (scotch guard) and made some decisions so they could finish.
I was very impressed with there professionalism from the initial contact to the follow up after the appointment. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future!
They worked with me on a schedule, confirmed the appointment and showed up 15 minutes early. Because of the time I requested I was warned that they may be late - This was not the case.
The team was introduced and we went over the rooms with one of the guys while the other got the equipment set up. After that they got to work. They did a great job and finished quicker than I thought they would.
"Thank you so much for taking the time to grade our efforts, we work very hard to make your experience is everything you expected it to be!"
