This company, Johnson Killcreek Nature Center(which also goes by the name A-Bee's or A-Bee's Beekeepers & Animal Control)was ineffective, overpriced, uninformative, unclear and unscrupulous about charges. They charged a $96 deposit for the two traps and that has never been refunded, they charged $68 to come back and pick up the traps(which were unsuccessful by their process). They wanted to charge another $68 to release the squirrels that we caught with peanut butter(we released them ourselves)and then added material and handling fees and more. Our final bill from them was $310.75. I'm still due my $96 deposit back but they won't return my calls.
Description of Work: I called this company to assist in capturing squirrels that were burrowing under the siding in my home. This company charged $68 to come to the house. They later invoiced us for $45 for every 15 minutes he was at the house(which we were not aware of initially). They set two traps that remained empty for the two weeks after they set them. An arborist that I hired indicated to me that whoever set those traps set the bait(which was ineffective)in the wrong part of the trap, then advised me to rebate the trap properly and to use peanut butter. I took his advise and caught 1 squirrel within 2 hours and the 2nd one within 2 hours of that.
