Since the last time the dealer worked on the snow blower, they have stopped carrying Honda products and are now concentrated on Torro equipment.  They will not attempt to order Honda OEM parts but will work on Honda equipment provided no parts are required

I took my Toro mower for its latest tuneup in March 2013. It died in May 2013 after a good 10 years of service, and only a couple mowings since the tuneup. I took it back in to Young's to see if it was salvageable, and they told me it would make better economic sense to replace it. They were kind enough to give me credit for what I spent on the March tuneup toward a new mower. I am very happy with the quality of service and advice I get from the team at Young's.

Very well. My 12-year-old Honda Masters Series mower was running rough, and I dropped it off on a Saturday and got it back Monday. They tuned it up and presented me with the parts (filters, damaged upper starter coil, plug) they had replaced. They recommended replacing the blades since they were too worn to sharpen effectively. They also advised me that the oil was very low when I brought it in (my fault), and said there may have been engine damage from running it that way. It's running fine after a few mowings, and I can tell a huge difference in the reduced amount of grass clippings when I mulch. The grass is reduced to almost a powder with the new blades; no trace of it on the mowed lawn. They cleaned the mower up and tightened everything, and I can tell a difference in the sturdiness of the wheels, handles, grips, etc.

What a fabulous experience! The hardest part for me (as a female) was getting the mower loaded and unloaded. I couldn't believe this was the same mower I dropped off. It literally looked like it had been detailed. The technician who serviced it showed me the air filter and spark plug and told me they would contact me at the end of mowing season for next year. I was VERY impressed with the entire process, start to finish.
