Great. I had a very aggressive time line due to a move in and they came through on schedule and budget. Floors look great. They did a quality job in a very short time frame. I will use them again on an upcoming remodel.

THEY GENERALLY DID A GOOD JOB AT REFINISHING OUR FLOORS. HOWEVER, THERE WERE A FEW PROBLEMS. THERE WASN'T ALWAYS GOOD COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE PERSON WHO BID THE JOB AND THE PERSON WHO SCHEDULED IT. ALSO, THE WORKERS WERE NOT VERY CAREFUL ABOUT COVERING UP THE SPACE TO MINIMIZE THE DUST. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THIS, THE OWNER SAID I SHOULD HAVE ASKED THEM TO COVER THE COUNTERS. I DON'T THINK I SHOULD HAVE HAD TO ASK. FINALLY, THERE WERE SOME DETAILS ABOUT THE REPAIR THAT THEY DIDN'T QUITE FINISH AND I COULD NEVER GET THEM BACK TO FINISH. THEY WERE RELATIVELY MINOR ISSUES, BUT I THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED BACK AND FINISHED UP.

WORK WAS INCOMPLETE AND UNSATISFACTORY. FORGOT TO COVER INTAKE VENT LEADING TO DUST THROUGHOUT HOUSE. POOR COMMUNICATION AND RETURNING PHONE CALLS. THEY DID COMPENSATE US FOR MISTAKE WITH VENT.
