After several calls I stopped by to see why the delay and no one could answer any questions I had. The person I had originally spoke with was not there anymore but absolutely no one had any idea what I was talking about, and frankly didm;t care.

I encountered a problem with their return policy and I was unhappy with the customer service there. I will probably not go back there again. I have been using for over 20 years
