The guy that did all of the measurements was extremely nice and very knowledgeable.  All the measurements came out right didn't have a problem at all.  We originally wanted to remove our kitchen flooring, but the gentlemen asked if we knew that it was hard wood.  We said no because when we bought the house we were told it was not.  So he talked us out of putting tile in the kitchen.  We will use Weber flooring to restain the flooring at a later time though.  After we picked out the flooring we wanted it only took 2 weeks to have the tile people to come out and install the tile.  Took them 2 days to do so.  Then had to wait 4 days before the carpet guys came to install the carpet.  That was not Joes Carpets fault they could have come the next day but I have a crazy work schedule.  The carpet guys were friendly and worked fast.  The moved all of the furniture and I haven't noticed any damage.  They did a wonderful job on our stairs looks amazing as does the rest of the house.  Would definitely buy from them again.

The whole-house carpet replacement project was a full day of work.  The team was professional and moved all large furniture without issue. A third party company removed the old carpet from the driveway by the next morning.
The two-man team was professional, courteous and worked with me to protect our furniture and belongings.
The quality of carpet we chose was builder's grade, as we planned to sell our home soon after install.  Joe's Carpet does also carry very nice high-end options as well.

The sales person, Pat, was wonderful. He is always very professional. The installers were courteous and on time. They cleaned up after themselves. The work they did was good.

I purchased carpet from them and they came out to install it. They ended up at my house 6 different times including owner twice, ands still got it wrong each time. After my room was virtually useless after 3 months the owner stated he was embarrassed didn't know what else to do, so he refunded my money. They are only getting A "D" rating because they did attempt to fix the problem and after they couldn't I was refunded.

Hardwood refinishing crew could have been tidier.  Hardwood installers and refinishers as well as carpet replacement crew were punctual and finished as scheduled.

The man who measured the area showed up on time.  The store was supposed to send samples of carpeting with him, but they did not.. When I had not heard back from the store after 3 days, I called them to schedule the work.  The salesman said he would call me back Friday with a time, but he did not.  I called him on Monday to set up an installation time.  When I called, he had already scheduled my installation for the next morning without letting me know.  Since this would not work for me, we had to reschedule.  I am satisfied with the carpet and the price, but the customer service left a lot to be desired.

Estimate for carpet was higher than NFM.  Very professional sales staff.  They called a couple months later asking if we'd made a decision and they could work with the price if necessary. I wish they would've given their best price from the get go.  Really wanted to deal with a local company, but the prices between the two were quite significant.

I'm very satisfied with the quality of the materials and the professionalism of the installers.  I'm disappointed with the poor communication between the store and the installers.  For example the workman arrived at the house with carpet for the stairs that was the wrong color.  A few months later we moved forward with carpeting the bedrooms and replacing the vinyl in the kitchen.  When the installers arrived they did not have the vinyl for the kitchen.  One more area of poor commination was in replacing a piece of trim between the hallway and the kitchen.  The repair was originally scheduled for Monday but did not get completed until Friday.  All of these issues were corrected and the job eventually completed to our satisfaction.  I would consider this store for future projects but the communication between the store and the installers needs improvement.
