Every time he comes he does a good job. He is a registered piano technician and he works by himself. He trained and registered with the piano technicians guild and he works out of Kansas City. I found him through the guild, because I wanted someone who is really good and could take good care of my small Steinway. He is on time, does what you ask him to, and he does a good job.

ON TIME, VERY NICE, AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB.

HE WAS THOROUGH AND TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERY STEP THAT HE TOOK, AS WELL AS TELL ME ABOUT THE PIANO, ITS MANUFACTURER, AND OTHER INTERESTING THINGS ABOUT THE INDUSTRY. HE REPLACED STRINGS ON TWO OF THE HIGHEST NOTES ON THE PIANO WHICH SNAPPED DURING THE TUNING. HE RECOMMENDED, BUT DID NOT INSIST, THAT THE PIANO BE RETUNED EVERY SIX MONTHS. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY HIS PROFESSIONALISM, POLITENESS, AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE PIANO INDUSTRY, AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR TO RETUNE THE PIANO. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT HE IS DIFFICULT TO REACH BY PHONE, AND SETTING UP THE APPOINTMENT TOOK A FEW DAYS TO REACH HIM. THAT'S WHY I GOT HIS EMAIL ADDRESS.
