I first began doing business here in 2010 after I moved from Texas to Kansas City.  Driving up here through a snowstorm, the heater in my vehicle did not work.  I arrived on a Saturday.  I found only one place open on Saturday's a Sears location in the Northland.  I self-diagnosed the issue as a broken thermostat, but i was reassured, in error, by Sears that the thermostat was working okay.  On Monday, I went to a car parts outlet near my home.  I asked them where was the best place to take my vehicle.  They recommended Vic Austin's Motorway.  He quickly diagnosed the issue and it was the thermostat which was not allowing the hot water to circulate to the heater once the vehicle was warmed up.  He replaced it at what I felt was a very reasonable price.  I have continue to bring my vehicles to him for five years.  He rebuilt the engine in my wife's vehicle when a bolt broke inside where the timing belt was located and the loose bolt caused much damage.  He has done all the routine maintenance on my cars and van.  He has the most integrity of any auto repair owner that I have ever met.  I highly recommend this business as the best in the area.

Took our 2006 Honda Pilot to this service location. The owner is extremely honest, has competitive pricing, and courteous. I would definitely return to this mechanic. Will even provide pick up and drop off transportation to the Cerner north campus.
