KATHI AND HER TEAM WERE VERY NICE. THE OVERALL JOB IS NOT AS PROFESSIONAL LOOKING AS I WOULD LIKE. THERE WERE TWO SEVERELY WARPED BOARDS USED ON THE DECK. I HAD TO REMIND THEM TO RETURN AND PUT STAIRS TO THE DECK. THE GREENERY LOOKS NICE. PLASTIC EDGING IS COMING UP OUT OF THE GROUND. MOSTLY WHAT I'M DISCOURAGED ABOUT IS THERE HAS BEEN NO FOLLOW UP TO SEE IF I WAS HAPPY WITH THE JOB. POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS. PROBABLY WOULDN'T USE AGAIN.
