The serviceman seemed friendly and did respond to texts promptly. The work he did was just acceptable, though he did not complete the work the way we all agreed it would be done. He was forgetful and his work took so long that we decided to finish the last parts of the job ourselves. He never showed up when he said he would, which left us waiting around for him all day long, several days a week, for several weeks, which was incredibly frustrating. We would have rather paid a little more to hire somebody who showed up on time and got the job done in a reasonable timeline. At one point, somebody came and cleaned the mess, but the work was was not done yet so there was more of a mess after that, which we had to clean. He used and damaged our cleaning supplies. He also left hundreds of pounds of contractor trash for us to take to the dump and claimed that we told him we didn't want him to take it, then tried to charge us more money to take the trash. 100% do not recommend.
