I was asked for 10k Deposit, which was given in cash after he couldn't because his bank wouldn't run a 8k check through, so he asked for cash and 2 grand more then the initial amount. He was negotiating with my insurance the whole time, trying to get my claim extended , he was asking for more money to complete the work needed. He was supposed to put together an estimate and photos and send to my adjuster, that took 3 months. Claim he asked for denied in 2 days, he was made aware. He then came by the house a day after we both appointed a time , the day before ( he never showed when he said he would or call ) always some excuse. They wouldn't show up to work til 4:30pm earliest was 2:30pm. They came over 3 times to work, bought a tarp wrap and some nails. Left trash laying in backyard on a tarp for over 3 months, they did bag up 9 bags, that I had to DRAG to my curb for trash service. Anyway he did show up finally 7:30 PM , asked for 2500 so they could get started. I asked what happened with the 10 grand, never a straight answer, always a lot of words that meant nothing. So I then told him to give me the night or whatever to think about it to think about what I was going to do cuz I you know where's my $10,000 at and you want $2,500 more and you know I only have $8,000 more after the $10,000 that was our budget aside from trying to get more from insurance which didn't happen but I told him The next day in a message because he didn't answer his phone and his voicemail was full, so I messaged him and told him that I no longer felt comfortable with the situation and I just wanted my money back from him there'd been enough lying and avoidance and you know they're just been enough I was fed up with it so he messaged me back just a bunch of bullcrap words like he does and then he asked me pretty much what money did I expect back and I told him I thought 9000 was fair because you know they only came over like three times worked maybe 3 hours each time rook my yard left the trash in my yard made a mosquito heaven out of my yard it's all still there and didn't get paperwork in time to my insurance you know he just him hauled around and there was always excuses so I told him I thought 9,000 was fair to come back to me, he messaged me back real quick, he said you're crazy I will lawyer up.

Job well done and they are very nice .

In the beginning I was impressed with Mike and his ideas about our project. I trusted Mike and his abilities to work with my family. We hired Mike to complete a our basement but it s been one thing after another and us being the christians we are we supported and provided grace to Mike but we were taken advantage of and that is unfair. We dealt with missed timelines and excuses after excuses and we cannot wait 3 months for a project that was small to be completed and continued to wait. Weeks without communication and limited follow up. The subs on the job had been amazing and I hope that they received the compensation they deserved for working in our home. I m completely heartbroken over what this has done happened to my family trying to improve our home.

This company was very easy to work with and did an amazing job with our project! I kept adding additional tasks throughout the planning part and they were still able to complete them all. They were also VERY reasonably priced and were able to do all kinds of tasks. We will definitely be using them for future projects!

Mike and his team were great. We had a massive water leak that seemed like a can of worms at every turn. With all the issues that came up Mike and his team were able to get it fixed. We have a couple other projects lined up and will definitely use them again.

very fair tell everything up front

When I first talked to Mike I was very impressed and hired him on the spot. He told me the project would take about 3 days to paint interior of house and kitchen cabinets. One month later they are finally done. Mike got sick and had problems with his truck,one week I was patient with that. Then another week he had issues with his truck again for the whole week. Mike told me he would remove all the kitchen cabinet doors and take them to his shop, sand them and paint them. He painted them in the basement of our home. Mike did stay in contact with me and I got to listen to his excuses and him telling me how good he is and what he has done for other people. I had to repaint the basement because he told me there was nothing he could do . The house that was done does not look bad overall. Not sure I would hire him again. Not the best experience I've had.

Dawn and Mike came to my house to do a one time clean. They were both very nice, courteous, and respectful. They did a great job cleaning. They were on target with their estimate and very reasonable.
