"I respectfully disagree, please note that this was an isolated incident and our only bad review. The homeowner still owes on the bill and said the remainder is coming in the mail. ??? Pneumonia and a truck breakdown made for a very difficult timeline but we communicated regularly and did everything we could to complete the job asap. We went above and beyond and lost money to make sure our contract was satisfied. We worked a little less then 2 work weeks to satisfy every request. This was a home that was not occupied and going on the market. We were told we could use the basement floor for the cabinet doors to be painted because "Carpet would be installed afterwards anyway." This was a decision made together to catch up on the time line. We sealed stained beams in the ceilings on 2 different 100 deg days with 0% ventilation; 100% humidity and no a/c sealed them 5 times to get them perfect. That warrants extra days needed I believe. And yes my truck broke down. I was back on the job immediately upon receiving my truck back from the dealer and communicated every step of the way. The basement is a sub-basement that needed work beyond just painting it. The water was running through every single crack in the foundation walls the night we finished. To all future customers; we documented the entire job with pictures and video, I will vehemently stand by my reputation."
