I was pleased with them until at one point in time they told me that the shower in the basement needed to be replaced but they couldn't give me any specific information. The quote I received for the repairs was outrageous. When I went with a plumber to look at it all we had to do was reseal the drain and it was fine. I was very disappointed in that.
