Tonya contacted me the same day I called and gave me a quote over the phone (guaranteeing that the price might be lower but wouldn't be higher), then scheduled the cleaning. Since then, they've come every two weeks. She usually has two teams of two, and she introduced the other team to me on the first day, in case they'd ever be the ones who did the cleaning. All of them are Americans, so you can communicate easily with them. Tonya calls when they're on the way to the house. The price is entirely reasonable, and so is the amount of time they take. Tonya is very willing to be flexible, too, and they're pleasant to have around. The house smells wonderful when they leave.

Tonya and her team have assisted several of my real estate clients. Her services have included regular cleaning of occupied homes; deep cleaning to prepare a house to go on the market; deep cleaning for homebuyers before their move-in date; and final clean after sellers move out. Tonya is such a pleasure to work with! She is enthusiastic, kind, flexible and generous. She and her team work extremely hard and are very thorough cleaners. They seem to have cleaning secrets to make things shine that haven't shined in a long time! I continue to recommend her services to anyone who needs either regular services or one-time cleanings, and would not hesitate to trust her team in my own home.

I called Tonya and left a message. She responded the same day and we scheduled an appointment for her to inspect my apartment in order to give an estimate of how much it would cost for the cleaning. She came on time for both the estimate appointment and the cleaning itself. First of all she estimated the cleaning to be between $75 and $125. But because our apartment was fairly small and relatively clean she only charged us $50. Of all the other cleaning services on Angels list I called, Tonya was the only one who I felt went the extra mile for us. She's the best!

The apartment was a mess after having numerous contractors in and out for weeks make repairs and doing renovations. We had to get it cleaned in time for the new tenant to move-in. Tonya was wonderful about finding time to work us into her schedule. She even gave us advance notice when she had a schedule change and that she could do the apartment earlier if we had the availability. We did!! So she was in there sooner than we could have hoped and was finished in a time-efficient fashion. Her conscientiousness, attention to detail and thoroughness are hallmarks of her excellent work. We were once again so very pleased to have entrusted this job to her. We know our cleaning needs will be met beyond our expectations when we put it in Tonya's very capable hands!!

We were so happy with the two ladies that came. They were very through and cleaned the entire time that they were here for over 3 hours. We could not have asked for better. My husband says that it was the best $225.00 that I have ever spent.

It was fantastic!! She arrived on time and ready to go!! Because of the thoughtful
questions she asked in the phone call we had she decided it would be
best to bring an extra staff person to assist her. They were an
excellent team. They worked quickly, thoroughly and efficiently.
All the nooks and crannies where hit, including baseboards, moldings,
cabinet shelves and door jambs. Those things that tend to so often be
missed by cleaning crews.
Tonya was quick to find out if there were any specific requests we had or
things which we felt were especially important points to hit. One of
those for us was a textured ceiling that had years of dirt and dust on it. By the time Tonya was done with it, a ceiling that we had anticipated would need repainting instead looked like it had already been repainted.
She definitely has a great eye for detail!!
