Critical: Professionalism, Quality I brought in a dealership new 2020 brz. Paid good money for the mid tier tinting all the way around. I got my car back 4 hours past the quoted time. Which is ok. However, I got it back covered in tinting solution. Inside and out. I washed and detailed it this morning to find an absurd amount of scratches. Hood, roof, fenders, and rear bumper. I called and spoke to Isaak. He explained that it is virtually impossible that this could have happened as they don't cut tint on a car. All of these scratches are consistent with lining up the film and cutting. And or dragging tools along my car. I've been redirected to JR, and I hope he contacts me asap. I've had plenty of higher end vehicles done here, planned on two more, and this is an absolute first. I will not recommend or return until this is made right. A brand new car... Update: went back up to show damage to JR. Told him I washed the vehicle to prep for my aero install. Says I must have scratched it using a microfiber towel. Gouged, extended scratches with a microfiber towel... He offered to show me video in the shop, which clearly isn't going to show the vehicle 100% in their possession. I can say with 1000% certainty, they were not there when I handed Isaak my key fob. So between me handing him my key, and watching it pull up to the curb, it was damaged by someone or something. Neither want to take responsibility, and I will trash this place to anyone who will listen. It happened at some point in their possession. If they can own up to their own negligence, then I will consider changing this review. I can make more money. I cannot make more time. And I was just robbed of a lot of time.

They did an excellent job tinting my car! I've been wanting to do it for a long time and so I only went with someone who was highly rated, and they delivered! They explained my options clearly and even offered care tips to make sure my tint lasts a lifetime. The only niggle was that they accidentally got some liquid in my radio which caused it to not work, but they took full responsibility and sent me to Best Buy where is was examined for free. Turns out it just needed to dry and it works perfectly now! They really back their work and will receive all of my future business!

Well this was the third car i have had the glass tinted. They were the first company an auto glass installer mentioned.
Great service in on time out on time. Never had any issues with tint material or installation
We highly recommend them. Will be getting a new car next year

The guys were great, a difficult car to tint with very limited access to the back window. The car looks great and the tint has performed as promised through the first two months of use.

I called on Saturday morning and they called me back before Saturday afternoon. he explained the different options over the phone and the prices. i made an appt for Monday afternoon. When I arrived I still was not sure what I wanted. He explained the options again, showed me samples and even a couple different cars in the lot so I'd understand how the different options would look on a car. He was very patient with me and explained things several times as I narrowed down my choices. Once I decided he took the car and the work was completed in about an hour - just as he had estimated. The price was exactly as quoted. He provided care instructions and even a piece of tape over the window controls so l won't forget about not rolling the windows down for a few days. A lifetime warranty is included. and best of all the car looks great. I'm very happy with the service provided, the price and the product.

Looked around on line for getting tint on my car., then came to Angieslist.com to get more information. Emailed Tintsmith asking for a quote. Received a quote $180.00 and additional information regarding tint percentages within a few hours. Called them up and scheduled an appointment for 1PM the next day. Dropped my car off at 1PM and it was ready to go at 4PM when I got there. The cost matched the on-line quote perfectly. Very nice job and very happy with the results.

The price was about $660 for their services. It went pretty well. They did good work, but I wasn't quite sure if they had some sort of thing going on with the insurance company.

I paid about $200 on that work. They were very good and did the job as promised and for the price promised.

The work was excellent, both inside and out. Carl picked up the van and returned it promptly. I forgot and left the license plates on the van. Later, when I had to remove them, I noticed that the area behind the license plate was cleaned, too.

I was very impressed with the quality of service, the timeliness of the repairs, the courteous treatment and the reasonable price. I highly recommend this shop!

As a surprise gift, my husband had my car detailed for our anniversary. It's a seven year-old car and it look brand new. What a wonderful gift!
