Think Contracting

The salesman with whom we worked was a really nice guy and pretty helpful.The guy who worked with our insurance company was prompt and courteous.

• When we made the downpayment the salesman told us we would be contacted by someone about protecting things from being broken about a week before the work was to be done.  We also made if VERY clear that we wanted to be home when the work was done.
• We had a June 18 deadline for having the work done, the salesman told us that they would do our roof the 1st or 2nd week of June. I thought this was odd, they had more than 6 weeks to get the work done; why wait to the last minute.

The week before our deadline we hadn't heard from anyone so we contacted them by email, couldn't get anyone by phone. Eventually got a response that they would drop off the materials on Thursday or Friday and build the roof over the weekend.  They dropped the materials on Thursday.
Friday afternoon at 4:00 our daughter got home from work and called to tell us that folks had the roof of our garage torn off!  My wife and I rushed home, but when we arrived there was no one on site that spoke English!  My wife started calling every number she had, but no one answered.  finally got to speak with the job supervisor who said he had been at our home several times during the day, but was at another job at that time; he also said that there was a person on site (Eduardo?) who spoke english.  Eduardo showed up again at our house at 8:00pm, evidently he had to go pick up his kids whom he now had with him.
When we complained to the company they did not seem interested in addressing our concerns, they evidently didn't think it was a big deal.  We did eventually get them to knock off $200 from our bill.
I don't think we would have gotten a new roof without their help.  I would not recommend them to my friends.
