Employee was on time cleaned furnace and installed humidifier.  Then answered any questions that I had concerning the humidifier.

 This is the second time we used this individual.  We were happy with the first job and charge.  Would recommend him but would be very, very specific about his charges.  His work is very good.  But as he got into the second job, it became apparent the work needing to be done did not warrant the ultimate charge.  He said he charged $50 and hour but he was not here for 8 hours (even including his travel time).  Charge should have been $275.00.

He was very good and he communicated very well. He gave me a bid upfront and stuck to it.

Excellent job.  Could not be more satisfied.  Second time we have used Tim, because of the great job he did earlier.  He was very careful how he powerwashed around the windows, so as to not break the seals (as someone else had done years earlier).  He waited until he had (1) two dry days prior to staining and (2) a projection of two days that would be dry after the staining was complete.  Took awhile to get that to occur, but we appreciated his being such a stickler for strandards.  His inspection of the windows was thorough; told us that recaulking was not needed now.  His helper adjusted the storm door lock perfectly after I had installed it poorly.  Payment matched his estimate, which was very fair.  He is very pleasant to work with.  He is prompt.  And he kept us informed on when he expected to show up based on the weather.   As long as he keeps doing this, we will keep hiring him.   Tim's a professional.

Tim Brackman is a pleasure to work with. He is organized, prompt, professional and without question one of the best workers I have ever hired. He and his crew did an outstanding job, exactly as discussed. He was reachable at all times throughout this three week project that was done while I was out of town before moving into the home. I would highly recommend his work. He does all kinds of work, as his company name implies...he also fixed a toilet and installed shelving in a built-in armoire while doing the paint work. There was a crew of 4-5 who did the work.

OWNER, TIM BRACKMAN'S, CREW DID A QUALITY JOB FROM START TO FINISH. TIM AND HIS PAINTERS ALWAYS COMMUNICATED EVERY DAY AND WERE CONSIDERATE. TIM'S BIDS ARE ALWAYS VERY COMPETITIVE AND THOROUGH.

HAS INCLUDED REPLACING DECKS/BALCONIES AND BUILDING SIDING. ALSO PLUMBING WORK FOR INDIVIDUALS INSIDE.
