They are pricey but the result is worth the price. Best cleaning service I have ever used.

Typically, it takes me 6 hours to clean my house. I asked them to clean the refrigerator, makes beds etc. They sent four ladies to clean. A fifth joined them after two hours. After being at the house three hours I asked how much longer they would be there. I was told another 1 1/2 hours. Don't know why it would take 18 hours to do the work. I had through 3 hours would have been more than enough and finally had to ask them to cut their time short.

They've done deep work, other work. The best cleaning I've ever had ever. They have great service. They are professional. It's just that they couldn't be any better, that's the bottom line. They really couldn't be any better. They come twice a month. The cleaning is so exceptional. It's real high, but it's worth it.They take pride in their work. They care, they're not just doing it. They care about it. They make sure it's what you want. They're always happy and positive. They're the best service that I've ever had.

They're exceptional. I like that they email me 2 days before they come. They call me about 20 minutes before they arrive. If I'm at the home, they will ask if I want anything special done. They dust everything that they can touch. They leave me a card afterwards containing the names that cleaned the individual areas. They also ask that we will call the company and leave a review on how they did.

They cleaned every surface in every room that I had asked them to.  They’re really accommodating and very thorough.  They did more than I could do in one day.  I will use them again in the future.

I was not very impressed, so I cancelled them. I finally got so frustrated and stressed that it wasn't worth it. When they did damage something, they offered to pay for it. They ended up doing things like scratching wood furniture and you can't repair that without it looking bad. They scratched my wood floors and weren't very careful. The cleaning got poorer and poorer. The floors were left slippery and it just wasn't worth it to me. I would ask and call them about it, but it was very aggravating.

They are spectacular folks.
They are very thorough, very sweet, prompt, and they always show up.

I would advice my other friends and family members to deal with them.  The price depends on what I’m having done.  I will use them again in the future.

I've been using them for about a year and they come once a month. I pay $200 a month; it would be less if I had them come more often. They pay attention to details and they don't hurry through. They bring their own equipment and supplies. They are very thorough. My house is always in good shape and I trust them. I will continue to use them.

We were moving into a rental house and needed them for a deep cleaning.  They did a good job, but the price was a little high at $300 a month.  They were very professional. 

Upon contacting the Maids Home Service we were given an estimate over the phone according to the square footage of our home, the number of rooms and whether the rooms served as bedrooms, baths, living areas, den, dining areas etc.  We thought the charge of $450 for the deep cleaning was very high but decided to go ahead and were pleased with the results. 

The cost has been more resonable for the five biweekly cleanings which we have received, ranging from $126-168.  The office personnel are wonderful and willing to change the schedule for how many rooms we want cleaned each week and adjust the cost accordingly.  

A team of four usually come when our whole house is cleaned, otherwise, a team of 3 come to do upper level only.  The team always arrives promptly and sometimes call when on their way, if the time set is not definite.  They are always uniformed, very sweet, professional,and organized.  They are efficient and quick in their work and definitely want to please.  We would like to have the same team every time, but that doesn't seem to happen. However, each time at least one of the workers have been in our home before.  They always ask if there is any special cleaning we want done before they start and when finished want us to check their work.  They are always eager to fix any areas that they may have missed.

A little less than satisfactory. You have to be very specific with them about what you want them to do and it might be better to talk to them before they begin work.

The Maids Team showed up exactly on time and got right to work.  Normally there are 4 people per team, but this particular team was down to 3 for some reason.  Being down a person, they took a little longer than originally quoted to complete the work, but they reduced the rate by 25%.   The cost ended up being exactly as quoted.

Real Estate agent was quite pleased with the work done.  We're going to have The Maids come back every couple of weeks for touch up work while the house is showing for sale.

They are responsive and the cost is about right. They do their job when they come. I have no complaints about the workers. They do what they are supposed to do and they are pleasant. I haven't found anything broken and no pets have escaped.

We've utilized The Maids housecleaning services several times and we're always happy with the job they do. They're always super thorough and time efficient. I recommend them to friends and family. The office staff are accommodating and helpful as well.

It was exceptional. My house is a large one. I was expecting family members for a reunion and I wanted the house to be completely clean. They worked very hard in the entire house and stayed for the better of the day. My house was spotless after they finished and ready for my family to be arrive. The price was fair for the work they do but it was on the high side. They cleaned in every nook and corner.

I was not happy with them. They cleaned the house top to bottom but underestimated the amount of time it was going to take them to clean. They charged me for three and a half hours although it took them four hours to finish the job. The people they sent were unable to speak English. One of the girls could speak but didn’t seem to understand what I wanted. I had difficulty communicating with them. They unplugged my computer monitor and it took me a long time to figure out where the plug-in was. They also knocked a lamp off and broke a light bulb. They offered to pay for the light bulb, though. It was sort of a disaster and was really frustrating. I spoke to a girl at the office and they finally sent somebody else out who spoke and understood English. They had one person who vacuumed, another to clean the kitchen, and yet another to clean the bathroom. They did a good job with the cleaning and tried to do things right. Whenever I had called the office they were very, very good about coming over and doing their work. I was frustrated with everything else that had happened and would never use them again.

They do a very good job. I would recommend them because they come in and are gone within 2 hours. They deep clean the house. I thought they were pricey, but they do a thorough cleaning and I don’t think anybody else does that. We have high end Viking hood and the lady cleaned the whole thing. She herself moves all the books and furniture to clean them. I have not seen anybody clean so thoroughly before.

They are extremely expensive for 3 people. We haven't found anyone who can clean as well as they do. We have used a lot of cleaners in the past, but no one beats them. Their price is ridiculous but I believe we have the better of the worse that is out there. We will continue to use them in the future.
