He inspected the house and then a month later I found out I needed a new furnace. He said he could inspect some things 100% but not everything. He did not try to make a restitution to this problem.

VERY GOOD. THEY ACTUALLY DID THE INSPECTIONS, AND RADON DETECTION FOR THE BUYERS OF OUR OLD HOME. I THOUGHT THEY DID A GOOD JOB, SO I HIRED THEM TO DO OUR RADON DETECTION. THEY DO A DETAILED RE-OUT THAT SHOWS THE RADON LEVELS FOR THE ENTIRE TIME BEING MONITORED, SO YOU CAN TELL IF SOMEONE TRIES TO CHEAT! VERY REASONABLE AND PROMPT. THEY ALSO DO HOME INSPECTIONS.
