The Grout Doctor

I am appalled by results. My grout lines are 1/16” but some are now more than 6/16” due to the shotty workmanship. I was willing to pay the small fortune in order to have a professional freshen up the grout lines. Unfortunately, the results are anything but. When I reached out to the individual that performed the work I was told that in time over the next year or so it will start to clean off of the tile and that there are not brushes small enough for 1/16” grout lines. This was NEVER previously told to me because I would not have proceeded with the work. I am devestated by the results for as much money as I spent and would do anything if I could go back to the way it was before.

It went very well. Andrew was on time, very courteous and did a great job. Our shower looks brand new.

Andrew was very responsive and took extra care to detail out costs, timeframes and processes to me prior to the work.  He was very professional and did a fine job with all the tasks he had estimated, then he actually did a few extras places without charging.  His work was great and I was very pleased with both the results and the interaction with Andrew.

This job went very well indeed.  While the Grout Dr. does not guarantee against the return of mold beyond a couple of days, he provided great advice about how to maintain the job and the tile and 6 months later the grout looks just as new as when he first finished the job.

As a courtesy, he removed the old glass door to our 3x3 shower stall and filled in the holes in the tile where it was anchored.

He was courteous, friendly, and fully lived up to my expectations.  I will definitely use him again for similar services.

We have been using Andrew for about 7 or 8 years. Always professional and prompt. Does excellent work.

Upon calling the company, Andrew (the proprietor), came by to look at the work I wanted done, gave me an estimate (which was very fair), and we set up a date for him to do the work. On that date, he gave me a courtesy call about an hour before he was set to arrive, was prompt, courteous, tidy, efficient, and all In all did a fantastic job on my shower stall which needed some regrouting, resealing, and some cleaning. I would definitely use his services again and would recommend him to anyone needing a "grout doctor!"

Amazing results!  Super happy with the work.  My white tile grout has never been this clean no matter what I did to it.  Thanks again!  Well worth the money.  The resealing of the shower fixed the leak and now we can use it again.

He was early.  Did a great job matching grout colors.  He left no mess.

I have used Andrew multiple times over the years.  He always does an excellent job, making the bathrooms look like new.  He always explains the options well before proceeding with the work.  I will definitely use him again.

Only one person came and he worked over a period of two days.  He did a very nice job.  Our master shower need a lot of cleaning and regrouting.  After we asked him to also check our master tub, he sealed it up without charging us. We thought he was reasonable and he did good work.

Mildew returned 2 months after they totally caulked. They came out and re-did it again and the results were the same...mildew returned. Had original shower builder come out and they told us that a latex caulk was used rather than silicone and thats what caused the mildew to return so quickly.

The contractor did an excellent job and showed up as promised and completed the work for the price estimated.

Ontime and very professional. Caliber of work done was super. Price was very reasonable for the amount of work done. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Andrew was very responsive to my questions, explained things clearly, & returned phone calls promptly. He even went the extra mile & did a little extra work to make sure everything looked good in the shower, tub, & backsplash.

ANDREW DID EXCELLENT WORK. THE SHOWER STALL WAS SO FULL OF MOLD THAT IT WAS UNUSABLE. IT IS NOW GLEAMING WHITE, LOOKS BRAND-NEW, & THE MOLDY ODOR IS GONE. ANDREW KEPT OUR FAMILY'S INCONVENIENCE TO A MINIMUM WITH THE WAY HE SCHEDULED THE REPAIRS. ALSO, THIS WAS THE ONLY COMPANY I FOUND THAT COULD RENEW THE SHOWER PAN. (REPLACING IT WOULD HAVE REQUIRED VERY COSTLY REPAIRS TO THE TILE & WE KNEW OF NO OTHER WAY TO GET RID OF THE UGLY STAINS IT HAD.) THEIR PRICE FOR THE GROUT & CAULK WORK WAS LOWER THAN OTHER COMPANIES WHO BID ON THE JOB. MANY COMPANIES WOULDN'T EVEN BID ON JUST A REPAIR, WANTING ONLY TO ENTIRELY REPLACE THE TILE FOR THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.

VERY QUICK RESPONSE FOR QUOTE. THEY WERE ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN AMOUNT OF TIME THEY TOLD US IT WOULD TAKE.

ANDREW WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EXPLAINED ALL OF OUR OPTIONS FOR THE BEST WAY TO REPAIR AND CARE FOR OUR TILE AND GROUT. HE GAVE US HIS CELL PHONE AND HE ALWAYS ANSWERED RIGHT AWAY (INSTEAD OF HAVING TO LEAVE MESSAGES, ETC.). HE WAS VERY EAGER TO EARN MY BUSINESS AND WANTED US TO BE SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK. HE ALSO GUARANTEES HIS WORK FOR 12 MONTHS AND IS WILLING TO COME BACK AND DO TOUCH UPS, WITHIN THAT TIMEFRAME IF NECESSARY.
