Real Estate Service
We put the house on the market in fall 2006 for three months with a real estate agent, but the house did not sell. We put the house back on the market with a new agent, Terry Copeland, in late March 2007. We received an offer in April that we went with, but their financing fell apart. Terry got another offer two days after the first one fell through. He did an excellent job selling the Raytown house in a buyer's market.
