No problems. I dropped it off and came back 30 minutes later. They made a small adjustment after I tried it on and made sure it fit perfectly. Very pro, very nice. I thought $20 for it was a bit high for the work, but didn't check around - maybe that's standard.

WATCH REPAIR NOT DONE ON TIME. WHEN THEY SAID IT WAS REPAIRED, IT WAS NOT. I TOOK IT BACK. THEY FINALLY DID REPAIR IT. THEY SAID IT TOOK SO LONG BECAUSE THEY HAD TO ORDER A PIECE FROM SWITZERLAND. THE PERSON I DEALT WITH WAS NOT VERY NICE.
