Carpet Cleaning
The owner is who did the work and was very rude from the start. Immediately the prices that I was first told over the phone changed when he got here. He said that the price that I was quoted over the phone did not include certain things. They were only here for a short period of time. After they cleaned the carpets, I asked if the stains come back what should I do. He said if what he did do didn't work then no one would be able to get them out. The stains started to come back that night and I used resolve that I purchased and I have not seen the stains since.
