They did a good job. The price was very fair. We got the best price from them. That's why we awarded the work to them. They were on time and completed the work promptly. We used them in the past and would continue to do so.

The overall quality of the work done was not bad; but I do take issue with their communication (or lack thereof).  I was handed a $750 bill without notice and when I called to inquire about it; was told that I had agreed to it over the phone 6 months before and that the person had initialed that I had.  I never received a bid on paper, email or phone call. 















As most people don't like receiving surprise bills, I was not pleased.  Especially when the solution presented to me was a "payment plan".  Overall, I think the professionalism and organization in their lawn care department is significantly lacking and I would recommend you take your business elsewhere to a company that is organized in a manner that won't throw you surprise bills without documentation.

For $40 I thought that was teriffic.

We found the prices high there. We specifically went there looking for a variety of rose plants, along with other plants and to arrange mulch delivery. We had heard that it was a huge place and you could find anything there but were extremely disappointed at the poor selection of roses. And what we did find didn't look very healthy. It may have just been a low time but the lady who was helping us acted as if that was the norm. We ended up buying some plants and a few products but later when shopping at other garden centers, we found that we definitely overpaid some of the things we bought there.
