SUBFLOOR SOLUTIONS

It took two weeks for him to return my call. The company I purchased the carpet from tried many times as well. He finally called back and came over the day before the new flooring is going to be installed. From the time he arrived until he left he complained and gave all kinds of excuses why he couldn't get squeaks out. He'd say there are all kinds of things under these floors that cause squeaks; ductwork, metal straps, hanging stuff. He'd say a lot of squeaks are caused by other things than the floor. He proclaims to get squeaks out of the floor, now it has to be caused by the floor only! Other irritations, I furnished trash bags for him to put the underlayment in, he did not clean up anything when he finished. He said to make the check out to him, I did not, I made it out to the company name. Then he was unable to give me a receipt.
