Their staff is so friendly and helpful. The shop dogs are also very sweet. I purchased a braclet for my Mother-in-law made with scrabble tiles. She wore it so much that one of the tiles fell off. I took it back to Stuff to ask if the artist could repair it and they said absolutely. I expected and was prepared to have to pay to have it repaired. They said they would not accept payment and sent it over to the artist. I received it back a few weeks later clean and as good as new. Thank you ladies.
