They are very fast and pretty efficient. They do good work. I keep trying to email them and they do not respond to emails very well apparently but if I call them it is fine.

They gave me an e-mail on Friday and I responded to them with some questions yesterday. It was positive, I was happy with the things went. The gentleman that came out has a lot of ideas that he posted to us that we haven't though of. He was very helpful in our decision with what we wanted to do. They take care of the yards across streets from us and they were doing good work for them so I thought they will do good work for us.

Working with Dave was very user friendly -- he listened to my ideas and made them better. He made good suggestions about how we might start to address some immediate needs, but also painted a picture of what the space could be in the future. I'm very happy with the results, and look forward to the next phase when time and budget allow.
