They do good work. The best part was the cost, it was very reasonable. It was $1200 for 200 sq feet of tile. I had to have them come back. There were a couple of tiles that were very loose, so they had to come back.  Now their service when they came back, they came back very quickly. So they are very quick to respond. They were responsive as far as getting out here and arriving when they said they would arrive. I've used them not just for tiles, but a few years ago, I used them for a new deck. I had a new porch put on the front of my house. I've used them for all of those things, and also a ceiling fan. They're very responsive, do good work and of course the price range.

Doug Stites was very responsive from the start.  He came over to give me a bid within a few days of my request.  His crew arrived when they said they would arrive.  They cleaned up as he said they would.  There was a slight miscommunication about the railing on part of the stairs, but Doug re-worked it as I asked within just a few days.  I am very happy with the way it looks- they did a great job! :)
