THEY WERE SO GOOD. THE OLD WINDOWS WERE REALLY BAD. THEY INSTALLED NEW WOOD AROUND THE WINDOWS BECAUSE OF WATER DAMAGE. THEY EVEN SAID THEY WOULD STAIN THE WINDOWS AFTER THEY WERE INSTALLED. THEY WERE EXCELLENT! WE HAVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE IN THE PAST WITH A WINDOW INSTALLATION COMPANY THAT WANTED US TO PAY HALF THE MONEY UP FRONT AND WANTED THE OTHER HALF THE MINUTE THE WORK WAS DONE. THIS COMPANY ONLY REQUIRED HALF OF THE MONEY UP FRONT. THIS COMPANY FINISHED ON A THURSDAY AND DIDN'T COME BACK FOR PAYMENT UNTIL THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY. I THOUGHT THIS WAS NICE BECAUSE IT GAVE US A CHANCE TO LOOK OVER THE WINDOWS AND BE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED. WHEN WE RECEIVED ESTIMATES FOR THIS JOB, THE OTHER COMPANIES TOLD US WE COULD DO SOME OF THE WORK BEFORE THEY STARTED. THIS COMPANY WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT SAID THAT THEY COULD DO ALL OF THE WORK INVOLVED. I TOLD THEM THAT THIS IS THE REASON THEY GOT THE JOB. WE FEEL THAT THEY REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN DOING THIS PROJECT.
