He did not do all the work he said he would. He just did my exterior storms not my windows.
"Unfortunately we were not able to resolve our issues with (member name removed). We price all of our work on per window pricing and not on an hourly rate. At times we are able to complete a job quicker than our time estimate, as was the case with (member name removed). We do generally give an hour window for arrival/start times as jobs and traffic are not easy to predict. We agreed on $234 to clean the exterior of all main floor windows without removing storms (she said she did not want them removed because she had cleaned them recently, and it would raise the price significantly). After our work was completed she then complained about our pricing. She said she had received a bid for $120 to do the exterior main floor windows. I offered to meet her in the middle and take $175 if that would make it better. Unfortunately she would not accept that solution."
