Simply Grooming by Gia is a locally owned pet salon that offers personalized, compassionate all-breed, all age dog grooming in a quiet, loving, and safe environment. We focus on QUALITY rather than quantity, and believe that this is what is best and safest for your pet. We believe in gentle, low-stress, interactions with both our two and four legged clients. We offer convenient by appointment scheduling Tuesday through Saturday. We sell locally-made K9 Closet collars, ACANA pet food, and a wide selection of natural dog treats.

How did it go? It went AWEsomely, as it has every single time we've take our dogs to Gia for the past nine years. Heck, we've been taking our dogs to Gia long before there was ever a Simply Grooming by Gia!
Gia + her staff are wonderful with our Scottiedogs and they always take time to make sure they are ready for their spa day, which can be a nervous time for any pet. There have alos been times when we've sent our dogs there in a less-than-perfect condition and the staff are as gently as they can be when it comes to getting out the mats and rough areas.
It also makes me feel good that Gia + her staff are always keeping current on the most up-to-date issues / techniques / styles out there, as most breeds have a specific cut that brings out their best attributes + features.
Another aspect I like about Gia is that she cares about the inside of your pet as well and offers some of the best food + treat products on the market.
Hands down -- and we do it as much as we can -- I would strongly recommend Simply Grooming by Gia for your pet's spa day needs.

The customer service was very bad. They were very rude. They were rough with my dog. When I dropped my dog off they grabbed him by the back of the neck and threw him into a kennel. They then called me at work in the middle of the day and told me I had to come and pick up my dog immediately and they were not going to groom him.

Our good reviews more than support the actuality of who we are and the work we do. And [Member name removed] if you truly had witnessed rough handling of your dog, and you didn't, you would have taken him then and there and left our establishment. Please cease and desist with your smear campaign."

Grooming by Gia is the best in town. They are extremely professional and care for your pet as much as you do. Our 1 year old Golden Retriever, Sophie, gets a little freaked out by strangers. Every time we show up to Gia's, she's pumped to go see them!
Everything they do is organic, so you don't need to worry about nasty chemicals or any side effects that might be harmful to your pup. Also, when we asked about potentially shaving our Golden, Gia informed us that shaving a dog can have long-term side effects on thier coat that can cause it not to grow back the right way. Thus, she just gave her the summer cut using scissors rather than a trimmer! They are very caring and loving to the animals, which is important to us.
They are flexible on scheduling and we're always in and out in a matter of minutes.

The price varies by the dog's size. I have a small dog. Gia is the owner. They have a couple of groomers. It's one of the best groomers I have ever taken my dog to. I can tell that they really care about our animals. It's so nice. They have other products there, and I think that they only use natural, holistic products. I would absolutely continue to use them in the future.
