They showed up exactly on time. They had given me an approximate cost by looking at my house on Google. When they got to our house though, they saw that we had old Pella windows with two removable pieces of glass. Since they had to take the windows apart to clean both sides of each piece, they had to adjust the price, but it was still very reasonable. One person worked on the outside of the house and another on the inside. It probably took them 2 - 2.5 hours to finish the job. I don't think they missed a single spot and my windows are cleaner than they ever have been.

Although the company had to reschedule my original appointment for a few days later, they were on time and went right to work. See notes above about great service. I used this company last year and rescheduled with them because I was pleased then too.
