The price is very reasonable. I like his inspection versus mold inspection. He was pretty much unbiased. He didn’t go for the buyer or for the realtor. He actually went on his own and looked for all the problems over there. He actually spent some quality time. He spent a little bit more time than normal walking through and checking things. He wasn’t scared going to the roof. He actually climb up to the roof which most inspectors would never do.
