I purchased a few things from Sears that all had active warranties. I was needing services on a items I had purchased and they stated I did not have a warranty.  They cheated me on my warranties. I had great service up until this point, it was not like I was a new customer. Since this situation, I have not used them. It has been over 5 years.

GUY CAME OUT AND CHECKED FUSE FOR POWER. HE SNIPPED OFF MY OLD FUSE
HOLDER AND REPLACED WITH ANOTHER USED ONE. THIS GOT THE MOWER TO START.
I'M NOT SURE WHERE HE CAME UP WITH $199 BECAUSE i PAID $79 FOR SERV CALL AND 1/2 HR LABOR WITH NO PARTS. tHE REPAIR WAS ACTUALLY ABOUT 10 MINUTES.
hE TOLD ME I SHOULD CHECK OUT THE FRONT TIRE FOR AIR AND NOT TO GET IT OFF THE RIM. I WAS PARKED ON MY 2 ACRES 385 FT FROM STREET. WELL IT WAS ALREADY OFF THE RIM AND I SPENT A COUPLE HOURS GETTING IT RESEATED AND FULL. MY HEADLIGHTS NOW DON'T WORK.
I had a weedwacker with serv contract that I had to take in. Would not restart after it ran through tank of gas...overheated. About a $129 machine. They put in a new plug and charged me $89 plus the $69
cost of the whacker. I had to wait around 3-4 weeks of the summer for
this. Next time I went in with a new plug installed and box taped to
handle. I wrote a note stateing fresh premium fuel with 50:1 oil. Still
long wait and failed repair

Very friendly knowledgeable sales man, helped us get the best deal, had to apply for a new Sears card, since we had not used our card in years. We usually use other methods of payment on smaller items, but we were able to save another 5%.   We had almost perfect delivery, on time, careful with take out and install of new range.  Range is working wonderfully.
Delivery man arrived on time, polite, careful, but did not get the cord positioned right, the stove was 5" from the wall! They said it was due to the plug in box attached to the floor. After they left I was able to pull out the stove and move the cord around to allow the stove to be back just 2" from the wall.  Otherwise perfect experience, delivered in 3 days.

I dropped the car off at the Sears Automotive Center and requested to be contacted by phone when the work was completed.  I went into the retail store and did some shopping.  After about an hour and not receiving a call, I went back to the Automotive Center to check on their progress.  The work was complete and my vehicle was parked outside.  I had to wait inside for about 20 minutes before I was able to check out and pay.
Overall I was satisfied with the work done.  I have driven the vehicle for 1.5 months since the service and it continues to drive smoothly.  My only complaint is the amount of time it took to check out and pay after the service was completed.
I have not compared prices at other stores, but $77 seemed to be on the high side for the services.  It was $15 for the tire rotation and $15.50 per tire for the balancing.

They have friendly sales people that were working together, so we came in one day and they told us to come back the next day it would be on sale. The sales person on the first day did his part and the person on the second day bring it up for the other guys commission, so that was nice. I wasn't actually there when they did the install, but my husband was and he was very happy with the installer. He got along with them, chatting and stuff.

They were supposed to find a leak in my washing machine that I bought from them. They couldn't find any problems with the washing machine and charged me for them coming out. They were punctual and showed up when they said they would.

I have shopped there for years and years. I have always had good luck with them and will use them again in the future.

They came over kept the appliances in my home and they charged me 25$ for bringing the appliances home. I would use them again in the future.

I go to Sears to buy almost everything.  I had been to Sears to get a vacuum cleaner repaired, but it turned out it could not be repaired.  I saw they had a whole floor full of sparking vacuum cleaners. I was told they were used ones which they have reconditioned them.  They sold for $100.  They were cheap, I decided to buy one, and so that’s what I have been doing.  I haven’t bought a new one in many, many years. I had purchased one for my daughter when she moved.  I have lots of vacuum cleaners and they are all good. I have also bought my washer and dryer from Sears.  I will continue to use them in the future.

Took car in on a Saturday morning. They fixed my tire in less than an hour. They also assessed the condition of all my tires. They fixed the tire with the nail for free because I purchased the tires from Sears.

VERY GOOD, PROMPT SERVICE.

THEY WERE TIMELY, VERY POLITE, AND PRICES WERE GOOD.
