+ -1 moreTHE SBC TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. SHE QUICKLY DETECTED THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT VERY EFFICIENTLY.
Description of Work: WE HAD STATIC ON OUR PHONE LINE. THE TECHNICIAN CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND DETECTED THE TROUBLE AND REPAIRED IT.
